The Fulconis bakery was started in 1891, and has continued for 3 generations of bakers. We use a flour made on the plateau of “Trieves” in the department of “Isere” situated in the eastern alpes of France, 200km north of the south coast. In this Bakery you will find a variety of regional specialities. For example: a chard trart, a selection of tarts made with preserved fruits and vegetables and a viennese pastry made with 100% butter from a region called “Isigny” famous for some of the best butter made in France.
