This mythical crossing starts from the Col d’Allos to cross successively the Upper Verdon, the Mid- dle Verdon, the Gorges and Bas-Verdon. Great diversity in terms of atmosphere, landscapes but also on the mountain bike plan : the first part to Moustiers Sainte Marie are physical and tech- nical and a second part more rolling near the Verdon, its lakes and bathing places.

This loop takes the road alongside Lac de Chaudanne to reach the village of Demandolx, then forks right onto a track shortly before the Col de Saint Barnabé.
This rolling, technically straightforward circuit offers a chance to see the countryside and visit unsuspected places, unspoilt witnesses to rural life in Haute-Provence.
