Nestled in the heart of the Grès d'Annot since 1879, the Champ Vermeil mill processes mainly chickpeas from the South of France and rice from the Camargue, enabling the production of specific regional products. As an organic and gluten-free mill, we pay particular attention to the quality of our products. We also offer all the pulses you could wish for: lentils, peas, beans, etc. You can find them in the store at the Musée de la Minoterie in La Mure-Argens, as well as in nearby supermarkets.
Brasserie Cordœil has been brewing natural organic beers in Thorame-Basse since 2006. The name "Cordœil" comes from the Haut Verdon mountain, which provides the exceptional quality of the water used to brew these beers. The slow alchemy that transforms barley and hops follows ancestral methods, with high-tech equipment providing enhanced artisanal quality and incredible flexibility. And all the while respecting the environment! In addition to beers, you'll now find old-fashioned lemonade, cola, brandy and whisky.
Sébastien and Nathalie Allemand have taken over the family business under the new name of "Le Chaudron Bas-Alpin", based in Beauvezer in the Haut-Verdon valley, at the crossroads of the Mercantour park and the Val d'Allos ski resorts. Heirs to 20 years' experience and craftsmanship, the two of them are continuing the family tradition to offer you quality jams with no added preservatives, colorants or artificial flavoring.
