Former bishop’s palace and superb listed cathedral. An ascent on a minor road leads to the Col de la Pierre Plantée, from where the route continues to climb to the summit of Lièye on a carriageable track. The descent to Barrême takes place on a playful path winding through a sumptuous heath, then along a ridge to the Arbitelle meadows.
