The 7th Côte Historique will be held in Colmars-les-Alpes, in the laces of the mythical Col des Champs, and is open to classic racing cars, as well as to prestigious, rare, exceptional or historically interesting cars.
Organized by the AFA association (Amateurs Figaniérois d’Automobiles), in partnership with the commune of Colmars-les-Alpes, this remarkable event in the Upper Verdon Valley will punctuate the 2024 summer season.
The Col des Champs, a veritable link between the Alpes-de-Haute-Provence and the Alpes Maritimes and the scene of the Coupe des Alpes, deserved, by virtue of its technicality and beauty, to welcome back to its setting beautiful and gleaming mechanicals. Since 2017, this has been the case, much to the delight of the hundred or so crews expected to attend, as well as the spectators and locals who share this passion for motor sports.
This event is not a speed trial, but a demonstration, with the sole aim of having fun without taking unnecessary risks.
The aim is for the crews to drive safely on closed roads under the admiring gaze of the spectators.
