  • The Annot sandstone is a unique geological system that has
    made the village famous due to its magnitude and the
    peculiarities of its structure and form. Cross the famous King’s
    Chamber and the century-old chestnut forest and you are
    guaranteed a magical atmosphere! This hike takes you from the
    centre of the village to a narrow trail then goes along a wide but
    vertiginous ledge to reach the top. Take the same trail back to
    return to Annot
