The shuttle bus Blanc Martel

How does it work?

Since the Blanc-Martel trail is not a loop, the shuttle bus ‘Blanc-Martel’ allows you to connect the starting and finishing points without having to use two cars.

The shuttle bus ‘Blanc-Martel’ runs from 8 April until 6 November 2022. It is managed by the Verdon Regional Natural Park (Parc naturel régional du Verdon) as part of the Grand Site de France projects in the Verdon Gorges.

The departure is from the village of Palud-sur-Verdon and serves the ‘Chalet de la Maline’ in the morning. Depending on attendance and the season, the number of rotations varies.

At the end of the day, the shuttle bus takes hikers to ‘Point Sublime’ Trail and brings them back to the village of La Palud-sur-Verdon.

The bus line BV1 Riez => Castellane.

The Blanc-Martel shuttle is linked to the regional line BV1 (Riez-Castellane) of the Southern Region (Région Sud). You can thus return to the village of La Palud-sur-Verdon through this connection.

Plan ahead! This will allow you to park in the villages of ‘Castellane’ and ‘Riez’ which have from many car parks and benefit from priority access aboard the shuttle bus.

The taxis.

Taxi services are also available to take you from the departure point to the arrival point of the trail.
