Winter atmosphere guaranteed between larch forests and high plateaus

At the gates of the Mercantour National Park and very close to the Val d’Allos resorts, the Haut Verdon and its Nordic areas offer you a still untouched nature, bathed by a Mediterranean sun. These mountains of light lend themselves admirably to cross-country skiing and snowshoeing. It is a treat to glide along the varied, well-marked and very well-maintained trails. Beginners and experienced skiers will find ideal conditions here.

Immersion in a privileged environment in Ratéry. Nordic skiing innovates and offers ever more dynamic activities. A very complete Nordic domain, with tracks traced under the majestic melees. A preserved nature awaits you with a panoramic view of the Verdon springs

In this beautiful mountain environment, the place is to dream about and really does not lack charm! Exceptional landscapes, bucolic atmosphere. It is magnificent and wild as you wish! You come to recharge your batteries.

Opening: From the beginning of December to the end of March depending on snow conditions
open from 9 am to 5 pm

Warning : Dogs are allowed on the snowshoe circuits and forbidden on the tracks

The property offers you its marked and safe routes:

  • 20 km of trails with 4 cross-country ski routes for all levels of skiers, from beginners to advanced
  • 2 snowshoeing loop routes from the welcome chalet
  • 1 toboggan run ideal for children, helmets recommended
  • Cross-country skiing lessons with the ESF on reservation
  • Introduction to laser biathlon with the ESF on reservationFind the maps of the routes and the map of the slopes available in all the tourist information offices and on site

Nordic site in the heart of a pretty mountain hamlet alternating between vast stretches of immaculate snow and forests. Nature is generous, wild and majestic with a pleasant forest, magnificent mountain pastures and an exceptional view of the mountains.

The domain offers you its marked and groomed courses as often as necessary:

  • 57 km of cross-country ski trails for all levels of skiers, from beginners to advanced
  • 3 snowshoeing itineraries
  • 1 Nordic ski itinerary of 21 km reserved for adventurous skiers
  • 1 toboggan run ideal for children, helmets recommended

2 groomed trails for walking in snow or mountain boots:

  • Le Clot de la Colle 2.4Km (link) : an easy walk of about 1 hour in the meadows opposite the village.
  • Le tour de Montruvel 3.5Km (link)  : after having taken part of the Clot de la Colle route, the walk continues in the forest, at the foot of the hill of Montruvel. It will take you about 1 hour and 30 minutes to walk around it.
