A great musical weekend that brings together an entire village, welcoming spectators from far and wide, as well as those who are there as neighbors or those who never miss an edition.
Volunteers take great care of artists, guests and festival-goers alike. The association’s operations make it a point of honor to offer affordable prices.
Everyone comes together for this eco-responsible festival, which showcases organic and local produce, enhanced when they’re sweetened with jams from the grandmothers of Sausses, who all put their hands to the dough.
It’s a multi-stylistic, multi-generational festival that allows the people of Sausses, as well as the many festival-goers, to discover, in a rural setting, the performances of quality artists from different backgrounds and practices (authors, composers, performers) often confined to the big cities. Past editions have included Jo Dahan, Cali, Richard Kolinka, Miss America, The Smith Brothers, Laura Cox and Patrick Coutin.
