Through the power of water, discover with your students the production and processing cycles of wheat and olives, or how water is at the heart of human activities in this small Provencal village.

Water powers the wheels of the flour and olive oil mills, feeds the washhouse and its energy is transformed into electricity.
The water cycle is approached from the angle of man’s use of it, the way he uses its motive force to operate mechanisms that facilitate his work and improve his daily life. Fun tools are deployed throughout the workshop to engage students and make the visit interactive.
