Barre le Pidanoux

From the Saint Julien du Verdon roadside parking lot, follow the N202 for 500 m towards Saint-André les Alpes, until you reach a large bend. This bend is located just before the Resistance memorial.
Take a small road to the right and follow it for 700 m, then after the last house, take the flat dirt track for another 800 m or so. At the end of the track (turning point), take the small path on the right (some steep sections). At the end of the climb, reach the crest of the Pidanoux bar. Continue on the crest path for 1 km. Pass the highest point (1,237 m) and continue for another 500 m. End the walk when the path descends steeply. Turn around and return to the village along the same route as before.
