Join the Tourism Office’s Executive Committee:
Play an active role in the development of tourism in our region

The Alpes Provence Verdon Community of Municipalities (CCAPV), which is responsible for the “
: promotion of tourism, including the establishment of tourist offices,” exercises
jurisdiction over tourism promotion in its 41 municipalities and manages the reception and
of tourist information in 39 of them, excluding the municipalities of Allos,
, and Castellane.

These responsibilities are entrusted to the Public Industrial and Commercial Institution (EPIC) “
Verdon Tourisme.” This organization is governed by a steering committee composed
of, among others, six socio-professional representatives. In accordance with the bylaws of
, these six positions
will be up for reelection next April, following the municipal elections.

To this end, the Alpes-Provence-
-Verdon Community of Municipalities is issuing a call for applications to social and professional organizations in the
region.

The involvement of economic stakeholders is indeed essential, alongside elected officials
, to guide decision-making and drive the region’s tourism momentum. The Management
Committee serves as a key forum for discussion, in-depth analysis, and decision-
s regarding tourism development strategy, as well as the operations and
of initiatives undertaken by the intermunicipal tourism office.

All socio-professional stakeholders residing in the 39 municipalities under the CCAPV’s full
(41 municipalities excluding Allos and Castellane) may
apply, provided they do not currently hold a local elected office.
