Our VTT-FFC site “From the springs to the Gorges du Verdon” invites you to ride 51 routes for all levels, that is 650 km of waymarked routes across our destination!

The destination offers a variety of routes in a mountainous landscape. The scent of the woods will delight all your senses, and the colours will enhance your effortless discovery with electric assistance.

At our 5 tourist information offices come and recharge your batteries free of charge using the Bosch fast chargers, while you stop for a treat at our local shops and top up with water.

They are provided free of charge by the Communauté de Communes Alpes-Provence-Verdon in partnership with the Agence de Développement des Alpes-de-Haute-Provence.

The Grand Rallye VTT- TransVerdon

Grand Rallye VTT – TransVerdon

Organised since 2016 by the Troisixmedia team, the Grand Rallye VTT – TransVerdon offers you a 5-stage roaming mountain bike adventure, in the spirit of the superb official Grande Traversée route of the same name.

The Grand Rallye Trans’Verdon means 5 days of pure mountain biking on a selection of the finest trails of the Upper & Middle Verdon, put together by the duo Greg Noce / Fabrice Crouzet!

Each stage is a great day of mountain biking (with or without electric assistance) averaging 35km and 1300m of ascent. A daily mountain bike trip in “All Mountain rally” format, punctuated by 3 to 4 daily “specials”: timed sections, some rolling, some downhill, offering real enjoyment and on-sight riding. At the start of each timed special, participants set off individually with no set starting order. Those who wish to set off in a group may do so.

You will discover the variety of terrain, scenery and atmosphere of our destination.

3 registration packages:

Self-sufficient package: advance preparation, overall organisation, race management, course safety, professional rescue team, refreshment stops, photo/video coverage.
Motorhome package: as the name suggests, for mountain bikers with this type of vehicle.
All-inclusive package: where, as the name suggests, everything is included. All you have to do is pedal and admire the views.

Following in a champion’s tracks

Born in Barrême in the upper Asse valley, this local lad won the legendary Grand Rallye VTT TransVerdon in 2020.

A member of the Team elite sportif #irresistiblealpesdehauteprovence, his favourite playgrounds are the black marl lands of Digne-les-Bains, Saint-André-les-Alpes and the upper Verdon valley.
