Salle de mémoire du Maquis Fort de France

Salle de mémoire du Maquis Fort de France
A place of transmission, this exhibition brings together Renée Pascal-Gibelin's archives: photos of Fort de France Maquis actors, notes taken during interrogations, war material and original sheets of Captain Pierre Rose's logbook.

The exhibition is housed in the former Hôtel Pascal, then the hub of the Resistance. Most of the information and supplies destined for the Fort de France maquis, in particular, passed through this establishment.
The hotel also housed the radio station run by a certain Raymond, father of Julien Lepers.
