On the shores of Lac de Castillon, Jean-Pierre Prato and his team invite you to savor the pleasures of local cuisine: pieds paquets, local charcuterie and cow's milk faisselle await you! This traditional, family-style quality cuisine offers you the chance to savour the culinary art of Provence in all its splendour. You can also try our excellent wood-fired pizzas every weekend and every day in July and August.

In the heart of the Entrevaux ramparts, Claudine Fougeron adapts her salads, galettes and crêpes to local produce, with secca, goat's cheese... and snails! Tucked away from the crowds in a shady alleyway, she offers regional products, many of which are organically grown.

In a pleasant green setting 900 meters from the center of Castellane, the experienced chef and master restaurateur will delight you with his dishes, made from fresh, seasonal produce. These are selected by him, in partnership with local and regional producers, such as the rack of lamb luté au foin. Bread, cookies, coulis, sauces, caramel and many other products are made on site. In this restaurant, you'll be offered quality service, in keeping with the tradition of the hotel trade.

In the heart of Castellane, there exists a little restaurant, where Linda invites you to enjoy a variety of home made traditional "provencal" dishes. These dishes change with each season to profit from the best local products in their prime. It is a real "Provencal" experience in a country atmosphere.

In a 17th-century farmhouse, surrounded by free-ranging animals, you'll savor Alix and Frédéric Chaillan's southwestern specialties, revisited with local products, such as pieds et paquets, tartinades, duck and beef daube, alouettes sans tête and cassoulet from the Asse valleys!

In the heart of the ramparts, you'll discover the typical products of the Haut Verdon from Olivier Boizard: lamb, charcuterie and local cheeses await you, as well as local vegetables in season. We give priority to short production circuits. So you can enjoy traditional regional cuisine based on fresh, local produce.

Located in the heart of the village, at the end of the Route des Crêtes in the Verdon Canyon, Brasserie Lou Cafetié offers generous dishes of fresh local produce in a warm and friendly atmosphere. Salads, grilled meats and home-made pastries will delight you. Wood-fired cooking is available in season.
