Jean André est un peintre du XVIIème siècle né à Annot dont on sait peu de choses. Ce sont, en fin de compte, les œuvres qu’il a laissées dans nos villages qui nous parlent le mieux de lui. Un peintre de son temps…entre tradition et modernité.
