The Local Burger:
– Organic, locally sourced meat (subject to availability)
– Burger buns from Moulin de Soleil
– Salad from the local farmer (seasonal)
– Sun-dried or fresh tomatoes (seasonal)
– Fried onions

Mixed Salad:
– Salad from the local farmer
– Tomatoes from the local farmer or sun-dried tomatoes
– “Bouchon” appetizer and fresh cow’s milk cheese from GAEC La Bourgea
– Fresh goat cheese from La Colle Farm
– Cold cuts from Bondil

All of these options can, of course, be adapted to a vegetarian version.
Our offerings are, of course, constantly evolving, as they depend on the seasons and the producers’ availability.
