In Thorame-Basse since 2006, Cordoeil beers are local products, made from organically grown barley, wheat and hops. The exceptionally high-quality water comes from the spring on the eponymous mountain.

Bar Lou Cafetié offers a wide choice of beers in the center of the village of La Palud-sur-Verdon. Friendly atmosphere and regular concerts in July and August.
