A farmer since 2011, I offer jams made with fruit from my farm: maximum fruit, minimum sugar.

Sale of 7kg and 10kg beef parcels, jars of daube provencale, tripe and bolognaise. Beef sausages, chestnut cream, potatoes and pear juice.

Lamb meat, free-range eggs.

Farmer baker. Sale of wheat flour, bread, chickpea flour, chickpeas and fodder.

Hen eggs, honey, apple juice, pear juice.

In Thorame-Basse since 2006, Cordoeil beers are local products, made from organically grown barley, wheat and hops. The exceptionally high-quality water comes from the spring on the eponymous mountain.
