Dans la cité fortifiée exposition de crèches dont certaines seront illuminées pour célébrer Noël. Des réalisations de toutes tailles, originales, miniatures, en vitrine et dans de petits espaces, venez les découvrir à l'occasion d'une ballade en famille.

Pour ces vacances de Noël, donne vie à des cartes uniques et colorées pour transmettre tes plus beaux messages, décorer le sapin, la maison …  Possibilité de venir à une ou les deux matinée(s).

The traditional market with its colorful stalls and flavors and scents between mountain and Provence. Depending on the season: early fruit and vegetables, pork meats, cheeses, clothes, home decor, gifts and delicacies! From October to May, the number of stallholders is limited.

1h30min yoga classes offered all year round outside school vacations. Classes on request during the vacations. Other sessions are open in the commune of Allos and on a few Sundays in spring at the Château-Garnier Buddhist temple.

To celebrate Christmas. Lots of prizes to be won. Snacks and refreshments at intermission.

In the magnificent setting of a Tibetan temple, adorned with hangings and sacred objects, during my sessions I invite you to remain within yourself, listening to your breath, as close as possible to your bodily sensations.
