- Can the Gorges du Verdon be closed?
No. The Gorges du Verdon are located in
Parc Naturel Régional du Verdon
where it’s free to roam.
Be careful!
The 2 km access to
Lac de Sainte Croix
from the Galetas bridge to the entrance to the gorges, may be closed in bad weather (heavy rain, strong winds…).
Pedal-boat, stand-up paddle and electric boat navigation will be suspended until weather conditions improve.
