The Annot sandstones are a paradise for hikers and climbers. This geological formation is responsible for the beautiful architecture of our villages, and the rock’s enigmatic shapes have forged our legendary tales.

A long stage exploring old villages and Roman remains. Lodging under the Col du Fam or extend the stage to Braux.

After the meadows and forests of Puy du Rent, discover the picturesque villages of the upper Vaïre valley.

The route is divided between forests of various species and high-altitude mountain pastures.
The stage ends with accommodation in Annot or Roncharel.

Leaving Entrevaux, classified as one of France’s most beautiful villages, the trail passes the hermitage of St Jean du Désert, before reaching the hamlet of Ourges via the St Jean ravine. Past the St Joseph bridge, you reach Le Feït via a balcony.
