This is the kingdom of the tichodrome échelette. Stand still and pay close attention as you watch this funny little grey bird with its mottled tail and thin, curved beak hanging on the wall and concentrating on tracking insects. It opens its wings spasmodically, displaying a beautiful pinkish-red and brown color.

For toddlers, you’ll need a baby carrier, as access with a baby carriage is not practical. Be careful on the last stretch, as the path is a little narrow and steep, and the overhanging footbridge means you have to keep your handcuffs on tight!
