Entre Vauban et Richelieu, le village fortifié d’Entrevaux – Visite guidée

Perched proudly on its rocky outcrop, the medieval town of Entrevaux unfurls its charms between the Var and the mountains. Dominated by a citadel rising to 650 meters above sea level, an advanced sentinel at the gateway to the Alps, it is the successive work of Richelieu and then Vauban. Sheltered by its ramparts, time seems to have stood still: cobbled streets, medieval houses, a bread oven and an ancient baroque cathedral tell the story of Entrevaux.
