L’instant Verdon is a local union (grouping of self-employed workers) created in 2018. In 2025, Angèle Kanapa and Emma Aglaé took over the reins of L’Instant Verdon.

Based since 1984 in La Palud sur Verdon, in the heart of the Verdon Gorges, the “Maison des Guides” is ideally placed to offer throughout the year, a wide range of activities such as climbing, canyoning, adventure trips and hiking.
