Our restaurant offers a cuisine of character, born of the encounter between Vietnamese flavors, culinary influences from around the world and French and Provençal traditions. Committed to quality and authenticity, we work mainly with fresh, seasonal produce, giving preference to local producers from the Alpes-de-Haute-Provence region wherever possible.
