Located in the heart of the upper Verdon valley, Colmars-les-Alpes, with its two forts and ramparts, looks like an impregnable citadel. As the western gateway to the Mercantour National Park, it’s also a dream destination for ecotourism.

Departing from Colmars, a picturesque fortified village, this challenging route takes you along the Col des Champs road, which winds its way to the start of the Noncière trail. Serious climbs with exceptional views over the Haut-Verdon valley.

On this course, from the Pont Saint Roch to the Pont de la Buissière, all fish return to the water immediately and in the best possible conditions.
